Beginner Class
This class is for those that haven’t exercised in awhile, new to exercise, or only have 30min of time for their workout. We learn foundational exercises of Hinge, Row, Press, Squat, Carry, and balance exercises. Everyone learns at different paces and starts in different places. There are progressions for all exercises and each person will progress at different speeds.
This is also a 6 person maximum class so you can engage and push each other while increasing your strength, balance, endurance and mental agility yet, have individual attention for correct form, progression of each exercise, and adaptation for limitations.
Equipment that you will need:
- Bands
- Anchors for you bands
- Small ball like a lacrosse ball
- Step Stool
- Mat
Optional but useful:
- Kettlebell
- Dumbbells
- Bench
- Airex type pad
