Intermediate Class
This class is for those that have the basic foundations down, are ready for higher exercise progressions and ready to turn up the intensity. We still utilize strength, but start incorporating power movements, and increase conditioning duration.
This is also a 6 person maximum class so you can engage and push each other while increasing your strength, balance, endurance and mental agility yet, have individual attention for correct form, progression of each exercise, and adaptation for limi
Equipment that you will need:
- Bands
- Anchors for your bands
- Small ball - like a lacrosse ball
- Step Stool
- Mat
Optional but useful:
- Kettlebell
- Dumbbells
- Bench
- Airex type pad
